On Receipt and Payment of the order, the order will be processed within 1-2 working day. The goods will be dispatched via an approved courier of Max Cowell. The delivery time from Max Cowell to the Customer is dependent on the type of service selected, the town/city as well as the delivery schedule of the said Courier to that town/city. On dispatch of the parcel, the customer will receive a notification of the courier waybill/tracking number.
Maxcowell.co.za will at all times endeavour to ensure that the information that is provided on this site is accurate and up to date, however, due to the site being an active and changing site, we cannot be held responsible should some information not be accurate. If any problem is seen, then please notify us immediately so that the error/inaccuracy can be corrected.

At the time of ordering we will make every effort to ensure that there is available stock to complete your order and pricing is correct. In the event that stock is unavailable from our shops or our suppliers, we will advise you and offer alternative solutions or refund you should that be your choice. Maxcowell.co.za reserves the right to alter/update price/s of product at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product and/or services should the need arise.
Our conclusion of sale will occur only once your order has been accepted by Maxcowell.co.za.
In the event of an error occurring with your order, Max-Cowell will have a fair and reasonable period to contact you about the error(s) and possible solutions. After this fair and reasonable period, the sale is deemed to be concluded.
The supply of goods from Maxcowell.co.za is subject to availability. Errors in the physical stock may from time to time occur. In the case of an item ordered that is no longer available, Max Cowell will immediately notify the customer of the Non-Availability and Maxcowell.co.za will process the refund to the client in full within 2 working days.
NOTE: If the refund is processed by crediting the customer’s credit card, the Banks can take approximately 7 working days to have the funds reflected in the customer’s credit card account.
This period is controlled by the banks over which we have no control. If the credit is done via EFT, dependant on who the customer banks with, it could take between 1 to 3 days for the funds to reflect. Cancellation of corporate orders by the client will attract an administration fee. The return of an item purchased from Maxcowell.co.za can take place within 21 Days of the date of purchase.
However, if you decide to return item/s for any reason outside of it being defective or the incorrect product has been received, then the courier cost to return the product will be for your account. The courier charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If the reason for the return is attributed to errors on our side or that the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the courier.

Should you have a Warranty Claim for a product purchased from the maxcowell.co.za then please notify us of the problem.

We accept Payments that are made via Visa, Master Card credit cards or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the Maxcowell.co.za bank account.
Should the method chosen be (EFT) the processing and despatch of the order will take place once the funds reflect in the Bank Account of Max-Cowell. The banking details will be provided on request.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients. We are happy to supply to customers outside the borders of South Africa, but the delivery costs to your address will need to be calculated and for your account.
